Why is my cash back pending and when will I receive it?
Your Cash Rewards are pending because your stay has either not been completed or validated by the hotel. Depending on the hotel, cash back is usually made available between one week and one month after your stay completes. If after 30 days you have not received your rewards, please upload a copy of your final folio/bill via the email notification you received. If you did not receive an email, please contact us at Contact@theguestbook.com. Credit card, bank statements or altered bills/folios will not be accepted.
